Return Policy

All sales are final.

If there is a defect or issue, we can refund or send a replacement if the original is returned unworn/unused. All requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. 

Purchaser is responsible for shipping return costs unless defected. 

Exchanges will need to be done within 14 days of receiving the item. The buyer is required to cover the cost of postage. If you would like to request an exchange, please shoot our Customer Service an e-mail at merch@lpgiobbi.com and we’ll get back to you within 1-3 business days.
Please note if an item has been washed or worn it is not eligible for an exchange.

 

How long does shipping take? 

We offer standard economy shipping. All orders will ship out 3-5 business days after purchase. 

INTERNATIONAL

(Does NOT account for time spent at customs, border inspection facilities, etc):

  • DHL eCommerce International: 7-13 business days ($100 insurance included)
  • DHL eCommerce International Priority: 4-12 business days ($100 insurance included)
  • UPS Worldwide Expedited: 2-5 business days ($100 insurance included)
    Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.

    All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include:
    • Domestic vs International shipments
    • Total weight of package
    • Selected shipping method
    We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for ANY fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout.
